The man - posting under the name 'Not Thesis' - said the incident happened when himself, his wife and his sister-in-law went to the American gambling capital.
He claimed he had no interest in the sister, who he named 'Jody', and was only attracted to wife 'Rachel'.
He wrote on Reddit that he and his wife had drunkenly returned to their hotel room, leaving Jody chatting to a man at the bar.
When he woke up he began cuddling up to the woman next to him, he said, and events unfolded.
